col-wideJob Description:**Holiday Sales****Who we are**Desert Springs Resort and Golf Club, S.E. Spain is multiple award winning, with a national and international reputation. It attracts visitors all year round from its principal markets of the UK and Spain and also from Northern Europe and the European Union. As a Resort, we offer property sales, sports based and family holidays; golf and restaurants. We sell holidays directly and through Tour Operators and on-line booking channels. We are ambitious to rapidly increase holiday sales to all our markets.**The role**We are looking to recruit a positive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, organised and professional individual to contribute to the further development of an established holiday business. You will be part of a team and be working closely with the Marketing department.**Key tasks****Strategy**:Collaborate in the planning of the strategy to increase holiday sales to all our markets for the Holiday Department and maintain a culture of customer service excellence and satisfaction.**Responsibilities**: For all aspects of daily operations and contributing as part of a team in achieving sales targets. Ensure we deliver specialist, professional travel advice offering a comprehensive range of travel products reflecting the best of what the Resort can provide to meet demands of Clients - which will include direct sales, online booking service through multiple channels, tailor-made visits and Tour Operator's.**Sales**:Achieve sales targets with the relevant tools and resources and support provided by management; promote and market the business in accordance with the agreed strategy plan; Contribute where possible with alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business.**Tour Operators**:Maintain existing and develop new relationships with travel partners and on-line booking channels.**Resort Departments**: Work closely and effectively with all Resort Departments, Commercial and Finance, Marketing, Operations to negotiate and influence customer improvements.**Customers**:Deal with enquiries, meet their expectations.**Who we're looking for****A motivated individual with; **- Relevant experience in the travel and holiday sales industry- A proven track-record in sales and customer service- Business development experience with B2C & B2B customers- Organisational & time management skills with ability to prioritise workload against timelines- Strong team spirit- Good knowledge of Office 365- Understanding of the strengths, weaknesses and functions of the different forms of digital communications.- An understanding of the importance of Clients, from their first enquiry to after they have returned home- A passion for the fast-changing nature of the technology and new opportunities for engaging with Clients- A curious mind and wealth of ideas, and ability to spot gaps and opportunities- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken); Any other language(s) would be a plus.Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa, Contrato indefinidoHorario:- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Español e Inglés (Obligatorio)
