Local based on-site of a PV plantResponsible for the technical management and supervision of the plant, ensuring and optimizing the plant's energy production, availability and PR objectivesPlanning and managing the productive/preventive/corrective actions of the plant, coordinating the different work teams to ensure continuity and efficiency of productionGuiding, delegating and communicating with local technicians and assistantsVerifying the fulfillment of tasks and plansEvaluating objectives, observing and managing the resolution of possible deviations within the area of responsibilityActively participate in the optimization of the plant's procedures with improvement proposals focused on, for example, reducing costs or increasing productivityDefining work procedures for all activities to be carried out to ensure the safety of operators as well as the safety of equipment and installationsCarrying out maintenance checklists that include the indications of maintenance manuals of all equipment and installations and ensuring the correct execution of the worksContact for Asset Owner, related departments and subcontractor of the plantManagement of ground keeping activitiesHolding electrical responsibility for O&M activities for the local plantInterface with subcontractors and constantly aware of work performed at the siteSupport HSE officer in health and safety topics and tasksReporting and documentationWarranty tracking, spare parts managementOn-call service on weekendsEssentials:
Experienced in renewable energy as a technician or electrician with a strong hands-on mentality3+ years of Solar PV O&M Experience on Utility-Scale SolarMultitasking while being able to prioritize important tasks and work on own responsibilityDiligent, careful, precise working styleExcellent communication skills and customer orientationTeam player with a positive attitudeNice to have:
