In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to create a seamless and valuable experience for our customers.
Your insights and leadership will shape the way jewellery is sourced and purchased in the B2B space, setting a new standard in the industry.What You'll Do:Category Strategy & Vision: Define the vision and strategy for the new jewellery category, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
Leverage market insights, user research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define a unique value proposition.Product Roadmap: Develop and own the product roadmap for the jewellery category, prioritizing features that enhance buyer engagement, simplify sourcing, and drive revenue.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer support teams to align category goals, gather requirements, and ensure a cohesive approach to category development.Customer Insights: Conduct regular user research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of our target B2B buyers.
Translate insights into actionable product enhancements.User Experience: Partner with design and UX teams to create a streamlined and visually compelling product experience that caters to professional jewellery buyers, focusing on search, discovery, filtering, and checkout.Supplier Integration: Work with supply chain and operations teams to ensure an efficient onboarding process for suppliers, managing product data quality, inventory tracking, and pricing.Data-Driven Decisions: Use data analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions on product changes.
Develop KPIs to measure the success of the jewellery category.Launch & Go-to-Market: Lead the go-to-market strategy for the jewellery category, working with marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns, content, and training materials that drive category adoption.Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing improvements post-launch by testing and iterating on new features, gathering feedback, and staying attuned to changes in the B2B jewellery market.Your skills and qualifications:5+ years of product management experience, ideally within eCommerce, marketplace, or B2B product environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
