We have more than 30,000 employees scattered across 30 countries in Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Oceania, striving to expand our global markets and aiming to be the world's leading and most trusted family of online travel brands that aspire to deliver the perfect trip at the best price for every traveller.In this Role, you'll get to:Be responsible for acquiring and maintaining partnerships with attractions and in-destination experience partners.Negotiate and sign cooperation agreements in accordance with company strategy and policy and manage accounts.Drive market share growth and increase local market awareness.Plan and implement corresponding marketing plans with key partners and internal departments.Keep suppliers up to date on the campaigns offered.Be responsible for the European market and conduct data research and analysis (market, product, competitor, price, supplier, etc.).Provide market insights to optimize product design and sales directions for successful global product localization.Complete other assignments and projects from the supervisor.What you'll Need to Succeed:Excellent command of written and spoken English.Proficiency in Chinese and another main European language such as French, Spanish, or German is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of working experience in OTAs of Tours & Tickets segment.Strong relationships with top tourism attractions, key suppliers, and tourism administrative authorities.Proven record of business development skills, strong strategic thinking capability, and data analysis capability.Goal-oriented and self-motivated.Positive and enthusiastic team player with a strong service consciousness.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Why Join Us:We offer a stage to unleash your full potential and drive global impact.
