What you'll do: The HR Business Partner is a strategic partner to the business focusing on delivering a People Plan for nominated business areas to drive improved business performance. As an HRBP, you will ensure alignment and successful collaboration with critical internal stakeholder groups (local and global HR teams in centers of expertise, enabling functions & business) in the matrix organization.Main Responsibilities:Provide HR business partnering to Digital Sales & Marketing_VOIS within the Business_VOIS Service Line.Support other HR Business Partners, partnering with members of the leadership team.Input into and support the execution of the people and organizational plans with a focus on employee relations, organization effectiveness, talent management, resourcing, coaching, and building leadership capabilities.Act as the local _VOIS SPOC for all HR activities in Valencia, also supporting the HR team in VOIS Spain.Support local teams working closely with Employee relations, performance management, compensation practices, recruitment.Support business managers in defining, developing, and executing local people plans that support the achievement of the business strategy.Ensure that People plans are integrated with wider HR strategy, policies & priorities.Identify people or process trends, suggest improvements and ensure that the business function adheres to the delivery of the agreed HR agenda.Accountable for the delivery of the annual people calendar and Employee Experience activities.Input to and implement the business area's Talent & Capability strategy.Drive a pipeline of diverse future leaders and accelerate high potential development while driving the Diversity & Inclusion agenda.Continually challenge the business, supporting transformation projects that improve organization, team, and individual effectiveness including organizational effectiveness & design, organization capability & talent management.Support local internal negotiations at a senior level, and ensure business managers are informed and educated on HR Policies and processes.Provide feedback and coaching to the business area's management team to improve leadership capability, and ensure all leaders & people managers are equipped to drive employee engagement.Champion the _VOIS culture, and advocate & support the use of the HR operating model, acting as a role model and facilitator to ensure business areas adhere to, and HR deliver to agreed service levels.Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience:Business understanding.HR experience; generalist and/or specialist.Strong relationship building, influencing, communication & coaching skills.Note: This is a temporary position in Valencia.
