About You As the Sales Support Specialist for our Consumer business, you will support the Sales team in obtaining and keeping customers by performing administrative and clerical tasks.Your main duties will include: Responding to customer complaints and questions Ensuring orders are processed on time Creating new customer demand Setting up pricing of products Completing files with all invoices of customers Approving dispute cases for invoices Checking and solving issues on invoices of customers You will report to the Sales Leader Iberia and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).
