About You
As the Sales Support Specialist for our Consumer business, you will support the Sales team in obtaining and keeping customers by performing administrative and clerical tasks.
Your main duties will include:
Responding to customer complaints and questionsEnsuring orders are processed on timeCreating new customer demandSetting up pricing of productsCompleting files with all invoices of customersApproving dispute cases for invoicesChecking and solving issues on invoices of customersYou will report to the Sales Leader Iberia and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).

We can offer a hybrid model (on remote / Madrid Office) for candidates already based in the Madrid Area.
YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Supervise customer commercial agreements applicationSet up pricing and conditions in the system, including creation of temporary price promotions, rebates, tariffs, customer-specific prices, conditions on/off invoice and manage price differencesSupport and coordinate the Sales and Customer service/Credit control teams in the ordering and billing processManage customer invoices, including budget allocationApprove dispute cases for customer invoices, after checking with Key Account ManagersCheck and solve issues on invoices of customers, send email to customer if invalidDemand to create credit or debit notes to pricing if wrong price was in the systemContact Pricing, Credit control and Customer service if they have questionsComplete invoice sales textCreation of files: Key activities and adapt with promo plansWHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fieldPrevious experience in account planning and sales support or similar rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in a team environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, SAPFluent in Spanish and EnglishWe Offer
