Company Description: We are looking for an IT financial management Analyst, to be part of the Technology business management (TBM) team and support the BTS organisation (Business Technology Services). TBM is a cost transparency framework that is used by our product and tech organisation and reported through an internally developed tooling. You will work closely with the data and technical team, and be an integrated part of the IT Operational excellence team.
The IT Operations Excellence product line provides lean governance and manages the BTS product/project portfolio, including managing the transition to new ways of working and overseeing quality, compliance and cost transparency.
You will:
Manage the data collection process as well as execute controls.
Drive automation of the data collection and data management process.
Prepare datasets for reporting until this process has been automated.
Work closely with the technical team on tool improvements and validations of implemented changes.
Detail out technical requirements based on operational needs.
Manage access and provide support related to our financial dashboards.
