UbicaciónGuadalajara, Guadalajara provinciaDescripción completa del empleoMeaningful Work From Day One:The Trade Marketing Wholesale Channel Manager will be accountable for maximizing the prominence of our brand portfolio to deliver the best shopper experience at the Point Of Sale and events in the assigned accounts and for boosting "Take Away" within the Shoppers and Mid Wholesale trade segment. Responsible for safeguarding and facilitating the implementation of Brown-Forman´s way of brand building, Picture of Success methodology, and Brown-Forman´s Commercial way, as well as timely reporting, tracking of implementation, and taking corrective actions to optimize plan delivery within his/her channels and accounts.This will be accomplished in a compliant manner with a high degree of integrity strictly following all Brown-Forman principles, policies and all applicable Mexican laws.What You Can Expect:Elaborate annual Activation Plan in collaboration with Channel Managers (Direct Store Delivery, Retail, and On-Premise), issues performance reports, and manages budget.Ensure impeccable allocation, management, and control of the operating budget, guaranteeing always having up-to-date quality information.Maintain the Full System Integration of his channel up to date.Promote multidisciplinary Strategy and Ideation workshops and master the Brown-Forman Way of Brand Building in order to align commercial and marketing inputs.Develop insight-based shopper programs that maximize Brand Prominence in Point Of Sale. Programs can be by category, brand, channel, or customer level.Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.Develop and execute strategic plans to accelerate velocity taking into consideration Key Brand Health Metrics.Accountable for sales performance, strategies, and tactics in coordination with Sales, Field Sales Operations, Finance and Marketing.Lead contract negotiations with 3rd party providers as required.Collaborate with internal key stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop appropriate tactics and strategies.Participate in market and customer visits to support the sales team in identifying potential opportunities.Build close relationships with key stakeholders to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Company partnerships.What You Bring to the Table:Education: Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing, Finance.Experience: 3 - 5 years experience in similar positions.Excellent collaboration, communication, coaching, and influencing skills.Fast-moving Consumer Goods industry experience.Strong communicator with the ability to influence across all levels within the organization.Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, meet deadlines, and simultaneously develop, deploy, and coordinate multiple projects.Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically, from developing strategic plans and working with large amounts of data to applying metrics to test hypotheses, develop insights, and quantify results.Proven track record of effective planning, execution, and follow-up.Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.Commercial, Trade Marketing and Shopper knowledge.Administration of sales expos.Good financial / business sense, with an understanding of the impact on business.What Makes You Unique:Teamwork and collaboration.Winning attitude that is reflected in the results, always looking for how to achieve the day to day challenges at work.Organized, curious, and passionate about their work.Experience leading projects with international organizations with diverse cultures, business operations, and organizational needs.Demonstrate strong learning capabilities in new skills, new methodologies, etc.Proven leadership and team management skills.Who We Are:We believe great people build great brands.
