Position Background: We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager with strong project management skills to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers (country category managers), acting as their primary point of contact and advocate within the organization. Project Management: Lead and manage customer engagements for pricing tool implementation from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, tool adoption, and quality standards. Customer Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of the pricing tool. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience, improve the tool, and optimize the internal processes. Customer Training: Provide training and support to customers, helping them to maximize the value of our solution. Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Job Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or project management roles. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
