For this, we are looking for a Project Director whose mission will be to assist customers in setting up their digital projects and bridge between them and our internal teams. The Project Director will lead our clients' projects from the ideation and presales until the delivery and maintenance.Main Responsibilities:Consultancy, to shape the digital strategy, design solutions, and define roadmaps for our clients.Pre-sales, as bid manager, to lead answering clients' requests on all aspects of solutioning, estimates, and planning; you will also present it to clients.Projects, as project director or project manager (depending on the size of projects and availability of resources), to lead projects, ensure delivery and profitability.Maintenance, to ensure customer satisfaction.Clients' growth, to detect clients' needs and propose solutions.KPIs:Project delivery: on-scope, on-time, on-budget.Customer satisfaction.Presales success ratio.Clients' growth.Key Skills:Project management.Program management.Project planning (including estimates, resource booking, etc.).Customer relationship.Financial management.Presentation skills.Team play (the resources you will use will not be under hierarchical management).Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan or French are a plus.Key Experience:10+ years experience in project management.3+ years of experience in IT services.Experience with multinational companies.Proven successful delivery of e-commerce / mobile / digital projects.Qualifications:Master in Computer Science or equivalent.MBA is a plus.PMP.Agile facilitation: Scrum, SAFe, LeSS.This position is open to people with disabilities.
