The Client Success team sits at the heart of Remofirst, supporting clients from the moment they hire their first employee through our platform and for the lifetime of their global employment journey.
We work closely with our Sales, Product, and Finance colleagues to deliver a world-class experience and support our client's global employees in collaboration with our network of local partners.
Position: Hiring Success Manager
Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of employees with full ownership for onboarding or offboarding them using the Remofirst platform.Explain the global employment process, gather required documentation and data, and work with third parties to provide locally compliant documentation.Keep all parties updated on progress and maintain core data related to onboarding and offboarding employees.Provide feedback on the Remofirst platform to our Product team for consideration in future product roadmap.Proactively manage service issues relating to Remofirst services, providing action plans to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.What you'll need: 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Support/Customer Success roles, ideally in a SaaS platform business.Experience working in global HR, Payroll, or Global Mobility.Skills:Time Management: Ability to structure your workday and tasks effectively.Attention to Detail: Ensure compliance in every country we operate in.Empathy: Excellent people skills to connect with clients and their employees.Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in English (both written and verbal).Independence: Use your initiative to solve problems and reach out for help when needed.Collaboration: Work together with diverse teams and value everyone's opinion.Motivation: Passionate about our mission and proactive in identifying improvement tasks.Why work at Remofirst?
