The Payment Operations Specialist will play a key role in the functionality of Jeeves ´ Business, responsible for the efficient functioning of payments and card-related processes. This position involves hands-on activities, including but not limited to improving payments and card operations, managing relationships with vendors, and overseeing card scheme operational processes.The Payment Operations Specialist will document and map all processes for the payments operations playbook and partner closely with Product, Customer Support, Fraud and Finance teams to ensure we have tightly controlled processes to ensure the identification and reporting of financial impacts, as well as the prompt and efficient solution of issues.Location : This is a full-time remote position based in Spain. #LI-REMOTEJob ResponsibilitiesLead multiple stakeholders (internal and external) through complex projects leveraging expert project management, communication skills, and techniques.Plan, direct, organize, and control payment operations and the related vendor management.Provide procedures and functions to ensure timely, accurate, and complete processing of transactions.Identify, evaluate, and manage risk within areas of responsibility and implement risk mitigation solutions together with the tech and product team.Assure card scheme regulations and policies in compliance with our company to ensure good behavior in our processes.Responsible for root-cause problem resolution for key back-office operational problems and incidents
