Hiring | Customer Service Representative | Ortigas

Qualifications:

At least 6 months Financial BPO experience
Willing to work onsite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
