We work for clients from the public and private sectors, providing creative and sustainable solutions based on the efficient use of resources.RoleWe are currently looking for a Consultant/Project Manager to be part of our Project Management team in Arup Madrid. The person will support the team in the coordination and daily management of projects and other consulting services, allowing technical staff to carry out their tasks. You will also support cost management and control and deal with clients and suppliers.Main Responsibilities:Work with the team in project coordination.Offer organizational solutions that promote efficient project delivery.Assist with the delivery of bids, reports, and other documents to ensure production of deliverables on time and within agreed budgets.Support in the monitoring of projects.Help in the financial control of the project, costs, and budgets.Project planning control.Attend internal and external meetings with clients and suppliers.Qualifications:Studies in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Building) or Architecture.Great interest in the construction industry, real estate sector, and a desire to develop a career in comprehensive project management.Advanced use of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of Presto and MS Project / Primavera.High level of English and Spanish is required (C1).Assessable Requirements:Experience in Data Center or Industrial Project will be highly valued.Master's studies in Project Management will be highly valuable.Knowledge of other languages would be valuable.Knowledge in BIM Management (basic modeling and coordination of BIM models will be valued).Knowledge and interest in modeling/financial viability applied to real estate projects will be valued.Conditions:Immediate incorporation.How to apply for this vacancy?To apply for this vacancy, register your updated CV and a cover letter in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
