RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for enthusiastic bartenders to provide a great guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create innovative and classic drinks, exceeding guests' needs and expectations.
Prepare non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages for restaurant and/or bar patrons.
Explain the concept to guests.
Interact with guests, serve drinks, and take orders.
Assess guests' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
Plan and present bar menu.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Good knowledge of mixing, garnishing, coffee, and serving drinks.
Positive attitude and aim to provide great communication skills.
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
Relevant experience.
Passionate about drinks & service.
Well presented.
Flexible and hardworking.
Stress resistant.
Knowledge of Spanish or English is a must, and a second or third language is an advantage.
EU working permit needed.
