RESPONSABILITIES:MANAGES E-RETAILERS KEY ACCOUNTS
Builds the e-retailer marketing calendar plans across ELC brands for each e-account in close cooperation with the brands and commercial KAM teams, and executes different brand strategies with the e-retailer. Builds and develops long-lasting relationships with the e-retailers. Drives and develops ELC's position/share/ranking with the e-retailer, leveraging scale across brands where it makes sense. Prepares and presents product proposals to prospective and current e-retailers, including media plans and asset management. Trains and mentors the e-retailers intern that is part of your team.DELIVERS THE E-RETAILER COMMERCIAL PLAN
Based on the commercial plan, drives negotiations with e-retailers, in close partnership with brand managers and wholesale KAM and Commercial Director. Achieves monthly sell-through targets in cooperation with Brands. Manages cross-functional relationships with internal teams (supply chain, brand teams, online teams) and coordinates efforts with marketing and planning and other internal teams to achieve greater implementation of promotions and measurement of success.QualificationsWORK EXPERIENCE & PROFILE:E-Commerce account management and customer management experience.Sales and marketing experience, including leading successful vendor negotiations.Experience in cosmetics or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industries preferred.Ability to understand KPIs.Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources.Strong negotiation skills.Strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies.Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate cross department networking and influencing.Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and collaboration abilities.Strong leadership and project management skills, managing project timelines and cross-functional teams with excellence in execution and strong attention to details in high paced environment.Strong analytical skills, using data to make sound recommendations affecting business decisions and results.
