Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our European Talent Acquisition team.
You will be supporting the Corporate Talent Acquisition function, mainly for the area of Southern Europe, as well as involved in Recruitment-related projects and continuous improvement of the recruitment function.
Main Tasks:Management of administrative tasks regarding collaboration agreements with main Universities in Spain.Posting of roles in different systems such as Workday, LinkedIn and social media - advertising of positions to ensure maximum coverage and reach to the targeted market.Assist with recruitment-related projects such as Diversity in Recruitment, auditing of our function and other assigned projects.Maintain periodic reports and prepare recruitment-related communications. What we look for:Recently graduated in a Psychology, Business Administration or a HR-related degree or Master's degree with the ability to do an Internship agreement.Strong communication skills.Excellent teamwork skills.Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-moving setting.Willingness to learn, absorb new concepts and to work collaboratively across teams. LanguagesFluent in English and Spanish.
