Role and ResponsibilitiesShe/he will be responsible to provide support to all training activities within his/her area, liaising with clients and instructors.ResponsibilitiesPreparation of training documentation as required, including trainees files with all relevant forms in reference to the indicated courses.Ensure timely production of course documentations, including company specific documents/forms if required.Administer course pre-requisites for all clients.Maintenance of clients records as per ATO OPS manual requirements.Knowledge and follow up all training guidelines being informed about ATO OPS Manual and ATO PROCESS Manual contents.Control of instructors, keeping files updated with all relevant documents required to exercise their privileges as instructor/examiner.Maintain Instructors records in Gemini/STARS (or relevant system).Check and review training records ensuring the adequate completion by instructors/examiners.Issue training completion certificates as needed, related to the indicated course and considering the special indications or procedures stated for each customer.Keep copy of all trainee documents, training records and certificates for the period required by regulation.Position TypeRegularCAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
