Join a world-class multinational company and provide high-quality technical support to international customers.Key Responsibilities:Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.Manage subscriptions, product updates, and billing issues.Offer technical support on digital products.Handle customer feedback, claims, and efficiently resolve issues.Requirements:Danish fluency (Native/C2) and high-level English (C1).Strong communication skills and customer service experience.Proficient in MS Office, with problem-solving abilities.Must be based in or near Barcelona and available for on-site work.Offer Location:Must live in or near Barcelona. On-site work required for the first 6 months, then move to a hybrid model.Schedule:Monday to Friday, 39 hours/week, rotating shifts (08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00, 10:00-18:00).Contract:6-month temporary contract via ETT, with potential for a permanent role.Salary:Competitive €22,000 - €24,000 gross per year, with growth opportunities in a top multinational.
