We are currently looking for a Junior DSP Advertising Manager.

Responsibilities:Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of programmatic advertising campaigns across various Demand Side Platforms (DSPs).Assist in the development of strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance based on business objectives.Analyse campaign data and produce reports to evaluate campaign performance and recommend actions.Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Creative, Analytics).Track, adjust, and optimise bids to improve profitability, focusing on budgets and costs.Work in constant contact with our marketing teams from Germany, Spain, France, and Italy to harmonise our strategies.Your Profile:First experience in the management of programmatic advertising campaigns or the Amazon DSP console.Love for numbers, analytical mindset, and very good MS Excel skills.Experience in data analysis and reporting.Very good analytical and problem-solving skills.Team player with a hands-on mentality.What we offer you:A company that fosters talent and provides you with support in your development.3+2 working solution: Friday is home office day; Monday is power Monday, with everyone present in the office.
