About the jobAs a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure the effectiveness and performance of the Order-to-Cash process.
You will link the client and various company departments (e.g., Sales, Logistics, or Inventory) involved in the trading process, ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
In this role, you will oversee customer orders and manage tasks such as inspections, audits, and payment compliance.
Your support will be vital for achieving RHI Magnesita's goals while implementing and following valid internal guidelines and policies.
Your tasks will includeDeveloping operational tasks within Commercial Management and the Order to Cash (OTC) processMaintaining a high level of accuracy with the Order entering process and the follow-up of Cash managementResolution of incidencesEnsuring correct handling of operational tasks according to defined KPIProactive communication and promotion of processes and suggestion of continuous improvement ideasAbout YouYou are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude.
