Hybrid Work Model Job Description Position PurposeTo improve the Spain market position through delighting our customers with great customer service, retaining their business and growing with them through lane expansion and with the responsibility to grow the revenue line in a profitable way finding new business opportunities. The role is expected to participate in building the growth strategy for the company and taking a lead position in the implementation.Implement Asset productivity culture in the Commercial teams, engaging the AP Innovative culture and improving the main KPI in the manufacturer area (FTR, Leakage, Stock growth).Implement the digital transformation of the company by boosting new initiatives and balancing creating and optimizing value to our customers.Major/Key AccountabilitiesGrowth – Achieve the annual revenue budget for existing and new customers. Build growth strategy in existing & new sector. Lead multifunctional teams to ensure that the company retains current customer business when under threat from competition. Control and monitor sales funnel.Asset Productivity – develop AP strategy in the manufacturer area and improving the internal collaboration with the rest of the areas.Customer Satisfaction – Increase the NPS for customers through ensuring that they receive outstanding customer service, both in the field and from the office. This should include ensuring the smooth roll out of new initiatives and tools.People – develop a team of high performance account management and sales staff. Work to increase engagement through improving the work experience of the team members, invest in appropriate zero harm initiatives, job training and coaching and ensure that high potential colleagues are given the opportunity to develop their careers within the business.Cost Efficiency – Ensure careful management of T&E costs through the roll out of route planning and management of expenses. Work with the supply chain team to address quality issues before they become a cause for customer concern or a major cost to the company. Ensure that revenue recovery activity becomes "business as usual" activity through the Business Intelligence team.Work with the CET to deliver company sustainability targets. Work closely with commercial finance to ensure that customer relationships remain economically sustainable for both the company and the customer.QualificationsBusiness / Commercial Degree, MBAExperienceMinimum 4 years in a commercial role with people management.Minimum 10 years general business experience.Skills and KnowledgeThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of:Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty,Leading large and complex commercial negotiations,Defending business against competitive threat,Delivering growth through lane expansion,Ability to improve profitability, drive growth, identify new revenue streams and reduce overheads.Energy and Passion for teamwork and success.Ability to attract, identify and develop key talent within the organisation.Able to communicate key messages and motivate people.Drive for ResultsDecision qualityLanguagesRequired: Fluent Spanish & EnglishDesirable: Other European languagePreferred EducationMastersPreferred Level of Work ExperienceMore than 10 years
