The Aixial Group is seeking a HEOR Statistician for this client dedicated opportunity.
This role can be home-based in Romania, Spain, Portugal, or Czech Republic.
Role: Coordination of statistical analyses in HEVA department: Reception and management of analysis requests from affiliates in the context of the preparation of the pricing & reimbursement dossier for health technology assessment (HTA) agencies.
Collaboration with internal and external actors (Market Access and Pricing, HEVA business partner, modelers, medical teams, clinical development, subcontractors, publication teams).
Coordination of statistical analysis and programming activities: Understanding and supervision of post-hoc analyses.
Implementation of complex and exploratory analyses.
Validation, interpretation and communication of methodologies and analysis results.
Missions (but not limited to): Support to clinical development: Contribution to phase 2-3 protocol/SAP related to the analyses of PRO/ClinRO and health economic variables.
Review of CSR/CTD within the HEVA team.
Publication activities: Contribution to the concept as stat lead.
Statistical analyses (scope, overview of the programming activities, QC).
Presentation of the results in pub meetings.
Contribution to abstracts, posters or manuscript (writing of the stat sections, review, interpretation of results, stat QC).
Post-hoc activities: Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP) and analyses.
Development of post-hoc SAP (exploratory analyses of PRO/ClinRo, support to indirect treatment comparison, support to CE model).
Statistical analyses (scope, overview of the programming activities, QC).
Presentation of the results.
Statistical support to Market Access: Review of Payer documents.
Preparation of Payer AdBoard.
Statistical support for internal decision making.
Requirements & Skills: Advanced degree (PhD, MSc) in statistics.
Multiple years (minimum 5 years) of biostatistics support in design, analysis and interpretation.
Knowledge of SAS (and R).
Oral and written communication skills in English.
Accuracy, attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects.
