Mentor and train junior test pilots and other flight crew members.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Science, or a related field.
Advanced degrees are advantageous.
Experience: Extensive flight experience, including a minimum of 1,500 flight hours as a pilot.
Experience with a variety of helicopter types, including experimental and prototype models.
Previous experience as a test pilot is highly desirable.
Certifications: Commercial Pilot License (CPL(H)/IR) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL(H)).
Rotary Wing Flight Test Course Cat2.
Rotary Wing Test Pilot School graduate certification is preferred.
Instrument and multi-engine ratings as required by the specific aircraft.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
High level of attention to detail and situational awareness.
Work Environment: Primarily based at testing facilities and airfields.

Physical Requirements: Ability to meet medical and physical requirements for pilot certification.
