Job Title: Sr FP&A Analyst The Sr FP&A Analyst is responsible for efficiently providing detailed analytical support to senior management to improve business decisions in business transformation. The person in this position will provide financial and operational analytics, budgeting and forecasting, trend analysis, business insights, qualitative assessment of risks and opportunities, KPI definition and tracking, and recommendations based on advanced financial analysis.

Key Accountabilities & Deliverables:Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to business transformation team, finance organization, and other key stakeholders.Report on transformation program status, including actual financial and operational performance against targets and provide variance analysis and guidance on future trends.Overlay where needed transformation programs and projects against budgets and forecasts, integrated with strategy, targets, and operational processes.Drive process efficiencies and reduce time spent on low-value activities so more time can be spent creating value for key stakeholders and ultimately shareholders.Generate insight and drive outcomes by challenging assumptions, scoping and framing problems, and analyzing and delivering solutions.Influence strong cross-functional communications and enhance efficiencies by leading teams through process improvements efforts.Actively engage in the ongoing development of financial planning and business intelligence systems.Perform ad-hoc projects, and analytics that result in recommendations to the business transformation team and CFO. Technical Knowledge and Understanding:Operational financial services experience, within the SaaS, communications, or network services industries.Experience with Oracle finance systems including general ledger and financial planning systems, strong modeling experience in Excel is needed.Experience with and ability to clean data and create data relationships across functions; assist with business case building on key initiatives.Exposure to business intelligence tools (like Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI) and ability to help define and stand-up tracking KPIs, partnering with IT and other stakeholders.High attention to detail with ability to cross check numbers for accuracy and reasonableness.Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.Excellent collaborative partnering work style.Highest standards of accuracy and precision.Demonstrated success working in a deadline-driven and multi-task, fast-paced environment. Experience Required to be Successful in this Role:4-6 years of relevant progressive Finance experience in a fast-paced and high-growth environment, direct FP&A experience is an advantage.BA or BS in Finance or equivalent work experience, accounting qualification is an advantage.Proven track record of effective interaction with senior stakeholders.Proven successes in working in a structured and disciplined manner.Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.Communications or Networking Services industry experience essential. Additional Information:IPC operates a hybrid work schedule, combining working from home and in-office days. The expectation is that all employees should be in the IPC office at least 3 days per week. Your precise work schedule will be determined by you and your Line Manager before commencement of employment with IPC.
