They will build robust business cases for new product innovations and track post-launch performance, lead financial evaluations for M&A, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive value creation and informed decisions.

Key ResponsibilitiesProducts Innovation Finance:Business Case Development: Model and validate business cases for product innovation, ensuring sound investment decisions.Performance Monitoring: Create dashboards and scorecards to track financial results and key metrics like ROI and revenue growth.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align financial models and track innovation projects.Governance and Training: Maintain standardized templates, lead training sessions, and integrate business cases into financial plans.Business Development/M&A Finance:Valuation and Modelling: Develop financial models for M&A, R&D, licensing, and divestiture decisions, including scenario analyses.Due Diligence: Oversee financial due diligence, managing external advisors and validating assumptions.Negotiation Support: Represent Finance in deal negotiations and collaborate on term sheets and contracts.Post-Deal Integration: Ensure financial integration and capture value post-deal, maintaining best practices and internal benchmarks.Skills & QualificationsEducational Background: A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
