Position: Customer Service - Gaming Industry This is an account at our Client, that provides daily excellent player satisfaction with console or account queries. Agent's duties: Agents' duties are to answer players' phone calls as well as answer e-mails, related to their console/network queries. No previous experience is required, but service/sales-related experiences are beneficial. Language Required: Hebrew. Relocation package: The Client takes care of all necessary documentation, paid flight ticket, free airport pick-up and first-month accommodation is paid. There will also be assistance in finding your own apartment to rent. Training: 3 weeks/2 weeks depending on the requirement, Monday – Friday. Salary: 1300€ gross up to 250€ in bonus. Working Hours: Sunday – Thursday – 8,5 hours between 10:30 – 19:00. • WAH option (Training included – 2-3 days for induction) • Breaks: Two 15min breaks paid. • One 30min lunch break unpaid.
