About you We are looking for an individual with a passion for Health Communication to join our team in Madrid.
What you'll do as you move with us:
·       Nurture client relationship and deliver strategic and well-thought -out integrated communications programs.
·       Work with team and clients to identify opportunities to deliver greater impact and results.
·       Mentor and train junior colleagues and support them to deliver best-in-class consulting services.
·       Share knowledge and best practice and position BCW externally on the healthcare sector.
·       Stay current on your client´s business, industries media relationships an competitors and use your knowledge to develop comprehensive strategic and integrated communications program that implement the client´s business objectives and deliver results.
·       Be a source of creative ideas and effectively apply to client´s programs and campaigns.
·       Act as a day-to-day client leader and mention a clear and consistent communication channel between the client and the team.
·       Be actively involved and oversee quality implementation for a group of accounts within time and budget constraints.
·       Stay updated on social media channels, trends and analytical tools and make recommendations to strengthen our capabilities.
·       Support to identify new business opportunities with existing and potential channels.
·       Be proactive during new business brainstorms and take ownership of portions of new business proposals under the guidance of Directors or senior leaders.
·       Create an inclusive and welcoming environment that engages all individuals without bias and demonstrate flexibility in a changing work environment.

Competencies & Skills: ·       More than 8 years relevant experience with focus on healthcare, consumer health or medical technology within an agency or similar environments.
·       Proven experience of leading projects is essential as well as involvement in building strong client relationships.
·       Experience in developing and deploying disease awareness campaigns and advocacy relations is essential.
·       Experience in managing complex fast-paced situations successfully.
·       Excellent written and verbal communications skills along with strong attention to detail.
·       Ambitious and entrepreneurial with robust, determined, and hands-on approach.
·       Excellent spoken and written English.
·       Bachelor's Degree and/or postgraduate related to communications.
