We are seeking a passionate and strategic thinker to join our Reproductive Medicine BU as a Healthcare Solutions and Partnerships Manager in Spain.

Your day at Ferring: Lead strategic partnerships by building and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital groups and fertility clinic chains, to drive mutual value.
Develop and implement solutions aligned with the commercial and account strategies for private and public healthcare sectors.
Account management excellence by designing individual account plans, negotiating agreements, and proposing innovative initiatives to drive results.
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, market access, and medical affairs teams to create collaborative leadership and deliver impactful strategies.
Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory frameworks to adapt strategies for maximum impact.
Manage complex high-impact projects by interacting with high-level stakeholders and internal departments.
Minimum Requirements: University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics is mandatory.
MBA or Postgraduate studies in Marketing/Commercial Leadership are a great plus.
10 years of experience in Commercial and Strategic Account Management.
Experience in negotiating with private healthcare sector groups is mandatory.
Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is preferred.
Expertise in the pharma regulatory/legal frameworks and strong business and financial acumen are desirable.
Proven success in managing large accounts in healthcare, pharma, or medical devices industry.
Strong ability to develop, negotiate, and execute sound business plans.
A knack for creative problem-solving and value-driven solutions.
