You will also be responsible for maintaining membership records, encompassing healthcare measurements and readings.In the capacity of a Members Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting our members across Spain, promoting their independence and well-being through cutting-edge technology.
Your role will involve close collaboration with emergency services, family, and friends to provide swift and effective support.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, collate, and organize data for input into our computer system.Conduct thorough document checks to ensure data accuracy.Rectify errors or inconsistencies in files as required.Maintain detailed records of activities and tasks.Transcribe information into electronic format when necessary.Safeguard sensitive customer and company information with the utmost confidentiality.Engage with members daily, delivering exceptional customer service.Collaborate seamlessly with emergency services and handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.Leverage your prior customer service experience to provide outstanding support.Qualifications:Fundamental understanding of computer/cloud-based technology.Preferred minimum of 1 year of data management experience.Healthcare experience is advantageous.Customer service experience is essential.Must be available for an interview in Torremolinos within 7 days if successful.Language Skills: We specifically seek individuals fluent in both Dutch, English, and Spanish, as we collaborate with Dutch partners.What We Offer: These are full-time positions based in our new office located near Malaga, between Benalmadena and Malaga City.
