Are you interested in a role where you can make a real impact on the well-being of your colleagues?At Draxton Barcelona, located in Sant Vicenç Dels Horts, we're looking to welcome a Health and Safety Specialist to our team.Your Role: In this position, you'll develop, plan, and implement the comprehensive health and safety plan, ensuring all technical, organizational, and human aspects meet established legal and quality standards at our Sant Vicenç Dels Horts plant.You'll report both hierarchically and functionally to the plant manager. Main Responsibilities: Implement workplace safety policies within the plant, ensuring compliance and minimizing accident risks. Plan preventive safety actions, including improvements and training, and act as the key contact for labor inspections. Oversee the workplace risk prevention plan, ensuring the implementation of all safety measures. Assess occupational risks for each role in collaboration with the SPA and coordinate administrative procedures to ensure legal compliance. Define and monitor health and safety indicators, such as accident rates, proposing corrective actions to reduce incidents. Advise the Emergency Manager in critical situations, supporting decision-making in urgent cases. To Succeed in This Role, You'll Need: Technical training in Occupational Health and Safety. Strong technical knowledge and an up-to-date understanding of the legal framework. At least 4 years of experience managing workplace safety in an industrial plant of over 100 people. Proficiency in English is a plus but not required. What We Offer: Job stability: a permanent contract supported by a solid financial foundation. Full-time, 100% on-site position with flexible hours: Monday-Thursday, 8/9 AM start with an end time of 4:30 PM onward, and Fridays with a reduced schedule from 8 AM to 3 PM.
