Occupational/Labour Prevention Unit – Vall d'Hebron University Hospital Campus - VHIR Occupational/Labour Prevention Unit is looking to hire a Health Safety Specialist to provide technical support in planning and carrying out the preventive activities necessary to ensure adequate protection of workers' health and safety. The successful candidate will develop general preventive tasks associated with the specialties of safety, hygiene, ergonomics and psychosocial measures. Education and qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sciences (chemistry) or biosciences (biology, microbiology). Higher education in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP), occupational safety specialties, industrial hygiene and ergonomics, and psycho-sociology. MS Office (Word and Excel) medium-high level. Desired: Experience and knowledge: Required: Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar position within biomedical research laboratories.
