Join us and be a part of our success!Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, Engineering, or a related fieldPermanent US Residency or US CitizenshipMinimum of 5 years of experience in a health & safety role within the manufacturing industryStrong knowledge of environmental regulations and OSHA standardsExcellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skillsProven ability to train and motivate staff in health & safety practicesProficient in Microsoft Office and health & safety management systemsYour responsibilities will include:Developing and implementing comprehensive health & safety policies and proceduresConducting regular site inspections and risk assessmentsCoordinating and leading emergency response drills and real-life situationsManaging and overseeing all aspects of facility and equipment maintenanceLeading continuous improvement initiatives in safety and health practicesServing as the primary contact for regulatory body audits and inspectionsFacilitating training sessions for all employees on relevant safety, environmental, and maintenance protocolsMonitoring and reporting on key performance indicators and metrics related to health & safety and maintenance objectivesInvestigating accidents or incidents and implementing preventive measuresParticipating in reviews and assessment of risk management policies and protocolsManaging hazardous substances and the disposal of waste materialsCommunicating safety policies, practices, and procedures throughout the companyStaying up to date with current health & safety regulations and industry best practicesMaintaining accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and training sessions#J-18808-Ljbffr
