At Draxton Lleida, located near of Cervera, we are looking to hire a Health & Safety.
In this role, you will develop, plan, and implement the comprehensive health and safety plan, ensuring all technical, organizational, and human aspects meet established legal and quality standards.
You will report hierarchically and functionally to the plant manager.
Main Responsibilities : You will coordinate the company's activities related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and manage the related documentation.
You will manage the OHS and MA training for employees, ensuring that everyone receives the necessary basic information and training.
You will monitor the planned preventive actions and the established procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and minimize workplace risks.
You will plan preventive and maintenance actions in occupational safety, acting as the liaison during work inspections.
You will also ensure compliance with OHS requirements in the installation of new machinery.
You will oversee the development of the Prevention Plan, ensuring the proper execution of the workplace risk planning.
You will assess the risks in workstations and coordinate administrative and documentary procedures to comply with labor regulations and legal requirements.
You will monitor OHS indicators (accident rates, serious and minor accidents, frequency, etc.
), proposing corrective actions to reduce incidents and accidents in the company, and manage the related action plans.
To succeed in this role, you will need : Technical training in Occupational Health and Safety.
Strong technical knowledge and an up-to-date understanding of the legal framework.
At least 4 years of experience managing workplace safety in an industrial plant of over 100 people.
Proficiency in English is a plus but not required.
What we offer : Job stability: a permanent contract supported by a solid financial foundation.
Full-time, 100% on-site position with flexible hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:30/9 AM start with an end time of 5:30 PM onward, and Fridays with a reduced schedule from 7 AM to 3 PM.
