Provide ad-hoc support in pricing models to asses health risk for the different markets.
Studying statistical data for the purpose of creating analysis.Creating estimates of probability and likely costs for health risks.Generating charts analysis explaining the informationAnalyzing reports to determine next steps for a health product.
Profile:Background: 2 Years + Experience in insurance business, pricing (health insurance desirable)Knowledge about pricing models (GLMs) and other machine learning techniques.
Have been involved Pricing/Underwriting.Educated to University degree level (Actuarial, Mathematics, Engineering)Strong knowledge and practice of Excel, Powerpoint, Word.Knowledge of SAS, R, or Python languages for data analysis and modeling.Technical skills:Fluent in Spoken & Written English + Spanish and/or French.Knowledge of how to balance between the will for AXA INM to grow, while being profitablePersonal capabilities:Ability to communicate, with good verbal and written communication/presentation skills in a multi-cultural international and complex environment Capacity to inform and request support for his/her manager when appropriate Ability to effectively prioritise and be highly organizedResults, business and execution oriented Curiosity for Health business related topics such as: vertical integration, network management, innovation, digital, Claims Management, etc.Agility, capacity to adjust his/her recommendations depending on context evolution.Team players, collaborative mindset to see collective success as his/her successHe/She should be an "agile expert" able to leverage his/her technical skills to support business with different levels of maturity and contexts.In AXA we value diversity and we work for equal opportunities and to make that everyone feels respected and included
