Health Emergency Response Specialist

The Health Emergency Response Specialist is responsible for taking care of the sick or injured in emergency medical settings. The role provides a quick reaction and competent care to employees, patients or victims (including general public as instructed) who are in life threatening conditions. He/she responds to emergency calls, performing, medical services and transporting patients to medical facilities. He/she conducts implementation and monitoring of infection control policies and procedures, decontaminates the interior of the ambulance and reports the contagious disease cases to the proper authorities. The role also educates employees on the first aid basics and trains the Meralco Rescue members on needed emergency medical response competencies. He/she may be tasked to drive the ambulance in times of emergency.Qualifications:Graduate of any health-related 4-year courseMust have completed training on the following from an DOH-recognized training provider (DOH, PHA, PNRC, BFP)- Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support (TESDA certified preferred)- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Training - BasicWilling to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
