We are searching for a Technical Expert in the health sector with strong analytical skills, capable of translating business needs into efficient, scalable data platform architectures. A good understanding of data management, integration, and governance is essential, as is the ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can design solutions that meet today's demands while remaining flexible for future needs in data processing, storage, and analytics.
The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end process (from analysis/definition/conceptualization to implementation) of the solution, ensuring correct interaction from a technical, methodological, and business point of view with a global vision. The individual will lead with deep knowledge and reference in their field, being able to technically lead more than one project/service at a time when these are of limited complexity or one of high complexity.
Responsibilities:Special knowledge and experience in the health sector (regulatory, compliance, monitoring and surveillance, and clinical information systems).Ensure alignment between business objectives and the health data architecture. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand the data needs of the organization, including data sources, processing workflows, and output requirements.Identify key functional requirements for the health data platform, such as data volume handling, scalability, real-time vs. batch processing, security, and compliance needs.Design the data flow across different components (e.g., ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics engines) ensuring smooth integration and high performance. Ensure that the platform supports data sharing and interoperability with tools for analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence (BI) systems.Incorporate scalability, flexibility, and modularity into the design to support future data growth and evolving requirements.Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies for the data platform, such as database management systems, data lake technologies, cloud infrastructure, and big data processing frameworks. Ensure that the chosen technology stack is aligned with both the functional and non-functional requirements, such as scalability, reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.Create detailed architectural blueprints, including data flow diagrams, system interfaces, and component descriptions, to guide development teams.Collaborate and support commercial activities, providing technical expertise and vision aligned with value proposition and market understanding.Because #Greattech needs #GreatPeople, like you.
