Job Summary You will be based in Arganda del Rey, Spain, and report to the Head of HR Country Services.
What you will do Analyze and support occupational health and safety for the whole site and customers' sites.
Provide OHS advice and guidance to managers and employees to ensure compliance with Group OHS policy.
Establish and maintain systems to support the site conformance with the Group OHS procedures and local legislation.
Maintain a record of accidents and incidents and monitor completion of follow up actions.
Ensure that an OHS training program is in place to cover the significant risks on the site.
We believe you have Official Master with the 3 specialties: Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology.
Qualification according to the Spanish legislation.
3+ years of working experience, ideally 12 months experience of a similar OHS role.
Thorough knowledge of health & safety regulations, and local legislation.
Demonstrated proficiency in incident investigation, root cause analysis and problem solving.
Strong ability to learn, personal drive and interest in developing self.
Strong collaborative team player and assertive to drive OHS initiatives.
Fluent in English and in Spanish; Portuguese nice to have.
