We're a global leader in human and animal nutrition and the world's premier agricultural origination and processing company.Your roleUnder the direction of the Plant Manager and EMEA H&S/TPS Managers, you will be responsible for leading and implementing both local and ADM H&S/TPS regulations.Implement EHS systems and procedures to meet specific requirements.Constantly striving to achieve the goal of "Zero is possible" through employees, contractors and visitors engagement, leading by example, and thinking about innovation.Provide H&S and TPS training to all managers, co-workers and contractors of the site.Monitor through internal inspections, evaluate and report process safety and H&S performance at the facility, and work with leadership to develop and implement improvements.Establish a safety culture throughout the facility based on the review and fulfillment of objectives, preventive and corrective measures, continuous risk reduction and prevention of process safety incidents.Conduct and/or coordinate risk assessments related to H&S and Process Safety, and develop action plans.Support colleagues to maintain safe systems, providing specialist advice, coaching and practical support.Lead the investigation of incidents and accidents to determine the root cause; prepare and share Safety Alerts and Best Practices.Report any major issues or concerns to the local Plant Manager, and/or Regional EHS/TPS Management.Interact with the different Administrations for HSE topics.Prepare all mandatory legal reports about HSE requested by Public Administrations.Follow up contractors HS documentation and working procedures.Control the efficiency of waste management at site.Your profileCommunication abilitiesExcellent interpersonal skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsDecision-making skillsAttention to detail and high level of accuracyVery effective organizational skillsTeam workerBe honest and trustworthyBe respectfulBe flexibleDemonstrate sound work ethicsOccupational Health and Safety Degree, Diploma or CertificateEnvironmental management systemsFluent EnglishMinimum 5 years of experience in positions related to safety, environment and process safety.Our offerChallenging tasks, short decision-making processes and a high level of personal responsibility in a modern work environment with flexible work time models.Room for innovative thinking and growth.A company culture which promotes continuous learning and diversity.Excellent career opportunities in a world leading nutrition company.An attractive remuneration including a variety of social benefits.ADM is a company where managers and colleagues are encouraged to discuss and enable the flexibility that is needed to meet the demands of work and life.We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and value diversity at our company.
