At Im2 Energía Solar we continue to grow! We are looking for a Health and Safety Manager for our headquarters in Valencia.

Reporting directly to the Area Director, the selected person will be in charge of promoting, managing and coordinating occupational risk prevention, proposing measures to control and reduce occupational risks and monitoring compliance with risk prevention regulations in the group's companies. He/she will lead a team of three people.
Functions The main tasks include:
Definition and implementation of the Health and Safety strategies of the Group's companies.
Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations, developing procedures and best practices in prevention.
Define and promote corporate procedures in the area of ORP, ensuring their correct implementation.
Manage the improvement of the prevention data measurement system to help monitor the effectiveness of ORP actions.
Planning of the preventive activity, control and execution of the measures.
Visits to construction sites and facilities to verify compliance with regulations on occupational risk prevention and good practices of the group.
Organization, management and implementation of inductions and training and awareness campaigns.
Supervision of the coordination of business activities with suppliers and customers through the use of platforms.
Implementation of preventive improvements.
Investigation of accidents and incidents and definition of corrective and preventive measures.
Coordination with the External Prevention Service.
Attend health and safety inspections and audits.
Preparation of management reports, validation and signature of documentation.
Requirements University Degree in Engineering, Architecture or similar.
It is essential to have a Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (with the 3 specialties).
Previous experience of at least 5 years in a prevention role in the construction or renewable energy sector is required.
Experience with CAE platforms.
Good command of the Office package.
Driver's license.
Medium-high level of English (B2).
Willingness to travel.
