A well known international education group is looking for a School Manager for one of its schools located in the Valencian region.Functions:Leading and managing staff: Develop good working relationships with governors, staff, students, parents and the community. Provide inspiring and purposeful leadership for the staff and pupils. Work in partnership with staff and parents generating the ethos and values which will underpin the school. Accountability: Develop an organisation in which all the staff recognise that they are accountable for the success of the school. Provide information, objective advice and support to the CEO to enable her to meet its responsibilities for securing effective teaching and learning and improved standards of achievement, and for achieving efficiency and value for money. Safeguarding: Ensure that the policies and procedures approved are fully implemented and followed by all staff. Ensure that staff and volunteers raise concerns about poor or unsafe practice in regard to children.Marketing: Ensure the school is marketed in the most effective way, in order to retain and attract new pupils and agents, in coordination with the Marketing. Inspection: Ensure that all relevant policies and procedures are accurate and up-to-date, and that the school is ready for inspection at all times. Efficient and effective deployment of staff and resources: Managing and controlling the school's delegated budget and resources efficiently. Make arrangements for the integrity and effective supervision of the school resources. Profile:Experienced in renowned educational institutions.Commercial understanding and experience as a school business leader.Successful experience managing budgets. Spanish cultural and language understanding alongside experience of a multicultural community. Focus on team creation; a people-centred leader with strong empathetic skills. Strategic thinker with proven track record of working to objectives: Focus required on academic level and learning and teaching quality. Strong leadership skills.EU residency rights preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
