The ideal candidate should have a solid international background, experience in sourcing and securing financing through various channels, and be accustomed to working in small teams. This role reports directly to the CFO and will work closely with the M&A department.Reports to : CFOResponsibilities :Financing Development and Management :Source and secure project financing through various channels including project-level financing, green bonds, crowdfunding bonds, and corporate bonds.Identify and analyze different financing options, evaluating the feasibility and benefits of each option.Financial Analysis and Modeling :Conduct thorough analyses of buy and sell options, collaborating with the M&A department.Develop and adapt financial models from scratch, ensuring accuracy and utility for decision-making.Sales Strategies :Prepare and execute sales strategies at RTB (Ready to Build) or COD (Commercial Operation Date) stages, ensuring the maximization of asset value.Collaboration and Communication :Collaborate with various departments to ensure strategic and operational alignment.Effectively communicate financial plans and strategies to all stakeholders, both internal and external.Continuous Improvement and Monitoring :Continuously monitor the performance of financed projects and seek opportunities to improve financing strategies.Stay updated with market trends in finance and the renewable energy sector to apply best practices.Requirements :Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or additional certifications in finance are highly desirable.Experience : 8-10 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in banking, Big 4, or companies in the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors
