Perfil
Position Summary :
The Senior Manager Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) will be responsible for leading and managing the M&A activities within the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate should have a solid international background, extensive experience in executing M&A transactions, and be accustomed to working in small teams. This role reports directly to the CFO and will work closely with the Structured Finance department.

Responsibilities :

M&A Strategy Development and Execution :

Develop and implement M&A strategies in line with the company's strategic goals.

Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, conducting thorough due diligence and financial analysis.

Transaction Management :

Lead the negotiation and execution of M&A transactions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximizing value.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, financial, and regulatory advisors.

Financial Analysis and Valuation :

Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation of potential acquisition targets.

Assess synergies, risks, and strategic fit of potential deals.

Post-Merger Integration :

Develop and oversee integration plans to ensure smooth transition and realization of anticipated synergies.

Monitor post-merger performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Collaboration and Communication :

Collaborate with various departments to ensure strategic and operational alignment.

Effectively communicate M&A plans and strategies to all stakeholders, both internal and external.

Market and Industry Analysis :

Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.

Provide insights and recommendations based on market and competitive analysis.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or additional certifications in finance or M&A are highly desirable.

Experience : 8-10 years of experience in M&A roles, preferably in banking, Big 4, or companies in the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.

Skills and Competencies :

Strong knowledge of M&A processes and experience in executing transactions.

Ability to develop and interpret complex financial models and valuations.

International experience and ability to work in multicultural environments.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Proactive and able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
