They effectively communicate with teachers, inclusionspecialists, and administrators to develop and implement solutions to learning, behavior, andwellness challenges. The overall goal of the Counselor/Psychologist is to ensure that allstudents are positioned and supported to thrive while also working to create a safe andnurturing environment. Additionally, the School Counselor plays a key role in the admission cycleand is responsible for developing methods to collect, review and disseminate informationrelevant to student support and success
