A renowned and prestigious wealth management firm, with a strong presence in Switzerland, Luxembourg, and Italy, is seeking to expand into the Spanish market.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic banker to lead this growth as the Head of Wealth Management in Madrid, Spain.
This role offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to advance their career by building and managing their own portfolio of private clients while driving the company's business development efforts in Spain.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the growth and establishment of the wealth management operations in Spain, with strategic support from the head office in Switzerland.
Report directly to the CEO, shaping and implementing the business strategy to drive success in the Spanish market.
Identify and generate new business opportunities, enhancing our service offerings for High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.
Continue to manage and expand your own portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service and personalized wealth management solutions.
Recruit and onboard new employees for the Spanish branch, or bring a small team to establish a strong local presence.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Private Banker or Team Head, with a focus on High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.
Demonstrated success in client acquisition and business development within the wealth management or private banking sector.
Possess an established and valuable network that can be leveraged for business growth.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Finance, or Economics.
Financial qualifications such as CFA or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
