This includes managing the balance sheet, optimizing the risk-return profile, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance financial performance. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in financial risk management and deep knowledge of ALM principles.Responsibilities:Balance Sheet Management: Oversee and manage the bank's balance sheet, ensuring optimal asset-liability matching to mitigate risks and enhance profitability.Structural Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage financial risks related to interest rates, liquidity, and capital adequacy. Implement strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.Pricing and Profitability Overview: Analyze and validate commercial products pricing proposals, optimizing the risk-return profile.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including Basel III/IV, IFRS, and other local and international standards.Liquidity Management: Monitor and manage the company's liquidity position, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet short-term and long-term obligations.Capital Management: Develop and implement strategies for capital optimization, ensuring adequate capital levels to support business growth and regulatory requirements.ALM Modelling and Analytics: Utilize advanced ALM modeling techniques and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.Stakeholder and ALCO Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.Reporting: Provide regular reports and presentations to the board of directors and senior management on ALM activities, risk exposures, and financial performance.To be successful in the role you must have:Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field is required. A master's degree or professional certification (e.G., CFA, FRM) is a plus.Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in asset and liability management, treasury, risk management, or a related field.Technical Skills: Proficiency in ALM modeling, financial analysis, and risk management tools.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
