DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the broker and financial services sectorIdentify opportunities and gaps to enhance offerings and drive growthCollaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize features and product improvements based on business impact and client feedbackWork closely with clients, sales teams, and customer support to gather and prioritize product requirementsTranslate customer needs into clear, actionable product specifications that align with business goalsPartner with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features and product enhancementsMonitor the development process, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with product specificationsBuild and nurture strong relationships with clients, gathering feedback to improve product offeringsAct as the main point of contact for client inquiriesDefine, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)Continuously analyze product data and user feedback to drive data-informed decisions for improvementsCreate comprehensive training materials and product documentation to support clientsAssist in conducting training sessions for both clients and internal teams when neededREQUIREMENTS:Native/Fluency in English, both written and oral. B2 Level of RussianBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
