Your responsibilities as Head of Taxonomy will include:Lead the taxonomy team - currently a team of approx 10 people - mostly based in Argentina.Implement continuous improvement systems and find out of the box solutions for complex technical problems.Keep abreast of new releases and product functionality to ensure successful implementation for clients (sources for innovation).Set up procedures and working standards to make sure all the projects are delivered on time.Coordinate multiple, simultaneous projects, ensuring project expectations/timelines are met, and issues are addressed.Your profile should include the following:+2 years of experience in team management.Degree in Mathematics, Science or Technology.Strong logical and analytical thinking; you love challenges and finding out of the box solutions.Comfortable challenging the current state of things and leading for process improvements and innovation.Strong project, time and organizational management skills.Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, spoken and written.
