In this pivotal position, you will lead our supply chain, ensuring smooth operations across multiple regions, and drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
Reporting to Head of Supply Chain, you'll oversee Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Central Eastern Europe, and South Africa. What You'll Do: Lead the cluster countries' Supply Chain Management in close cooperation with the Head of SCM Division.Support and challenge the Country SC managers and local leadership teams in functional strategy formulation, execution, and target achievement by increasing Supply Chain efficiency and effectiveness.Create clarity and reinforce priorities for the countries in the cluster.Ensure effective implementation of initiatives set by the Building Performance Excom and Group within the cluster countries through efficient coordination and execution.Ensure the country SC teams are functioning in the right way and having the right level of discussion.Lead a multicultural team, fostering collaboration and excellence in a diverse environment.Drive demand, inventory, S&OP, and production planning to ensure operational efficiency.What You'll Bring: Significant Supply Chain Management experience, with a clear focus on Customer Services, End to End Supply Chain Planning, and Logistics processes.Proven experience in leading multicultural Supply Chain Management teams, including managerial, process, customer value creation, and budgetary responsibilities.Relevant work experience in a multicultural environment, ideally within a matrix organisation.Strong coordination and communication skills.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a passion for coaching and motivating teams. A true team player who leads by example.Strong analytical and core business skills, including influencing, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Regular travel across the region is required.Why Join Us?
